Returns at a glance

You may request a return within 30 days after receiving your item.

Return condition

Items must be unworn or unused, in the condition received, and in the original packaging. Keep your receipt or other proof of purchase.

Start a return

Email support@ibandsmith.com with your order number and reason for the request. If your request is accepted, we will send return instructions and the correct return address. Do not send items back before receiving instructions.

Damaged, defective, or incorrect items

Contact us as soon as possible after delivery and include your order number plus clear photos so we can review the issue.

Refund timing

Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method. Bank or card processing time may apply after the refund is issued.
