Bandsmith Return & Refund Policy

1. Pre-Shipment Cancellations

If your order has not yet been shipped, you are eligible for a full refund. Please contact us as soon as possible to cancel your order.

2. Damaged Items Within 1 Month

If you receive a damaged item within 1 month of delivery, we offer two options:

  • Full refund of your purchase
  • Free replacement shipment

Please contact our customer service team with photos of the damaged item to process your claim.

3. Damaged Items After 1 Month

For damaged items reported between 1 month and 1 year after delivery, we will provide a free replacement shipment. Refunds are not available during this period.

4. After-Sales Service Period

We provide after-sales service for up to 1 year from the date of delivery. Claims submitted after 1 year from delivery will not be eligible for refunds or replacements.
